Transfer Checklist
- Complete the admissions application and request
official transcripts from all colleges/universities attended
to be sent to Dana College. If you have completed fewer than
24 college semester credit hours, high school transcripts are
required admissions as well. Request GED score report to be
sent directly from testing center, if applicable.
- If applying for federal student aid, complete the
FAFSA or Renewal Application and ensure the results have been
sent to Dana. The FAFSA school code for Dana College is 002543.
- Receive and sign financial aid award
package after you have been admitted. Ensure that you complete and return
all financial aid documents.
- Submit the $100 tuition deposit to indicate your
intent to enroll at Dana College. Tuition deposits are non-refundable
after May 1 for fall enrollment.
- Both on- and off-campus students must complete health
and housing paperwork which you will receive from the Office
of Admissions. Housing assignments will be made as early
as June 1st.
- Request a final transcript be sent from your current
college to include any final grades from the current term for
which you are enrolled (once the term is completed). You may
not register for your Dana College classes until all final
transcripts and $100 tuition deposit are received.
