Academic
and Departmental Scholarships:
Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship:
If you are a member of the Phi Theta Kappa honor society,
have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5, 45 semester hours
of transferable credit and plan to enroll at Dana full-time,
you will be eligible to be considered for an annual scholarship
up to $13,500.

Transfer Academic Achievement
Awards:
Transfer students with a cumulative
grade point average of 3.0 or higher and a minimum
of 20 transferable college semester credits will be eligible to be considered for
academic scholarships upon faculty recommendation. A meeting
with the faculty member in your area of interest is necessary
for you to qualify for these scholarships. Contact Admissions
to schedule your visit to include the appointment with
a faculty member.
Athletic Scholarships:
Athletic scholarships are available in 14 varsity sports
at Dana (baseball, men’s and women’s basketball,
men’s and women’s cross country, football,
men’s and women’s soccer, softball, men’s
and women’s track and field, volleyball, women’s
golf and wrestling), as well as cheerleading and dance.
Students may begin the process by completing an athletic
questionnaire for their sport of interest. Awards are given
based on coaches’ recommendations.
Performing Arts Scholarships:
Regardless of major, you may audition for scholarships
in vocal music, instrumental music Students must audition to receive scholarships in vocal and instrumental music,
keyboard or theater. Awards are based on faculty recommendation.

the audition.
Heritage Award:
If one or both of your parents attended Dana full-time,
you’ll receive a Heritage Award of $1000 annually.
Lutheran Student Grant:
If you are a current member of a Lutheran congregation
and enroll at Dana full-time, you will receive an annual
grant of $1000. You and your pastor must return and complete
the Lutheran Student Grant application form.
