Peggy Holloway

Associate Professor of Music

Dr. Peggy Holloway began teaching at Dana College in 2004. She earned a pair of bachelor's degrees from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and Nebraska Wesleyan, a master's of music in vocal performance from the University of Nebraska-Omaha (1985) and her doctor of musical arts degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln (1994). Prior to coming to Dana, Holloway served as Assistant Dean for Student Affairs at UNL’s College of Fine and Performing Arts, as an Assistant Professor of Music at Wayne State College, and taught as an adjunct for Dana in the 1990s.

Dr. Holloway teaches applied voice and elementary methods courses and serves as faculty advisor for CMENC.

She is an active member of the College Music Society, serving as a regional officer and presenting lecture-recitals at regional, national, and international conferences.
