You have many options within the Biology program. You may simply choose a major in Biology or add emphases in Ecology, Environmental Studies, Biochemistry or Pre-Health.

If you plan to pursue a career in the burgeoning health fields, you might choose the Medical Arts major. This major allows you to start your education at Dana and finish with one or two years of training in medical, radiologic or nuclear medicine, or a similar profession.

If you would like to teach high school biology courses, you may major in Biology for Secondary Teachers.

Dana also offers a Biology minor for students who want extra training in the sciences to complement their major.
