General Information Dana College Career Fair

Dana College, Gardner Hawks Center, Blair, NE

Sponsored by Career Services, this is a great opportunity for you to increase your visibility amongst our students, recruit for job openings, and discuss future career options with our students.  The Career Fair will be held in the Gardner Hawks Center, from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  The cost is only $40.00 for non-profits, and $55.00 for other employers.  Space is limited so please reply soon via the registration form enclosed.

Dana College is known for having students with a broad liberal arts background plus excellent communication and problem solving skills who actively participate in campus activities and sports.  A list of our majors is included.  Our small, private four-year college is located in Blair, Nebraska, just 23 miles north of Omaha via Highways 75 or 133. There is also easy access from Fremont and the interstate.

Please indicate your plans to participate by completing the enclosed registration form and returning it with your registration fee.  A plain uncovered eight-foot table and two chairs will be available for your use.  You may order a white table covering for $15.00 if you wish or bring your own table cover.  If you need access to an electrical outlet, additional equipment, or special accommodations, please note these on the form as well.  You may set up from 9:00 a.m. –- 11:00 a.m. on the day of the fair.

Since space is limited, we encourage you to mail your reservation as early as possible.  Reservations with payment must be received by Monday, March 3, 2008, to guarantee a table and insure that your presence at the fair will be advertised in advance to students.  After we receive your completed reservation form and fee, we will confirm your reservation by mail. 

• If you do not receive a mailed confirmation of your reservation please contact us as soon as possible to check on your reservation.  We may not have received it.

• If your organization is not listed as a participant at the fair on these Career Fair web pages, it is possible that we have not received a reservation from your organization, and may not have a table for you at the fair.
