Dana College recognizes that learning takes place in many life situations. Some of this learning can be appropriate for credit within the disciplines that compose the academic programs of the College. Assessment of prior learning at Dana provides a means by which a student’s previous learning, other than that which is transferred from another accredited institution, may be presented for examination for possible credit toward the completion of the baccalaureate degree.
