Nebraska National Guard
Scholarships
These scholarships are available to Nebraska National Guard members. Tuition
assistance is provided at 75% of the University of Nebraska’s credit
hour rate.
In addition Nebraska National Guard members may be eligible for
the Montgomery GI Bill. The Montgomery GI Bill pays directly to Guard
members for 36 months over a four-year period. In addition, the National
Guard offers loan repayment options for certain military specialties.

ROTC Scholarships
For ROTC students, four-year and three-year advanced full tuition, book and
fee scholarships are available to high schools seniors who apply and are
selected.
Dana’s Army ROTC program is conducted in cooperation with

Veterans Administration
Benefits
Students receiving veteran’s benefits must notify the Registrar’s
Office as well as the Financial Aid Office. These benefits may be included
as a resource for financial aid. Verification of enrollment must be sent by
the college to the Veteran’s Administration before benefits will be received.
Any change in enrollment (dropping or adding hours) MUST be reported to the
VA. Students receiving Chapter 30 benefits must contact the Financial Aid Office.
