A student who finds it necessary to withdraw from Dana before the end of a term must obtain, complete, and return a Withdrawal form (available in the Registrar's Office). The academic record will reflect the term’s enrollment. If the student withdraws prior to the sixth week of class, grades of W will be recorded. Beginning the eighth week and later, grades will be assessed according to the grading system. Students not completing the form will be responsible for the full charges and will receive failing grades.
