The Chemistry for Secondary Teachers major combines two of Dana's greatest strengths: science education and teacher preparation. As a Chemistry for Secondary Teachers major, you will work closely with the Chemistry faculty in a mentor-student relationship. Emphasis is placed on learning through experimentation, and you'll even develop your own research projects to explore your own interests. On the Education side, you'll be a part of one of the region's most esteemed Education Departments. After graduation, Dana Education students are some of the most highly sought after for job openings.
