VONNAHME SIGNS WITH dana college

Blair, Nebraska ~ The Dana College Cross Country and Track teams announced the signing of James Vonnahme of Glidden, Iowa to a national letter of intent.  Vonnahme ran cross country and track at AR-WE-VA High School.  He is the son of Mike and Janene Vonnahme, and plans to major in Criminal Justice while at Dana College.

“James has a great background that will help him become successful in the GPAC,” commented Head Cross Country Coach Marc Bierbaum.  “I look for him to make an impact in the longer races. He is going to be a valuable student athlete for Dana College.”

Dana College is a private, Lutheran college located in Blair, Nebraska.  The Vikings participate in the Great Plains Athletic Conference and are members of the NAIA.  Dana College is a place where all students actively participate.
