Dana College is seeking an Assistant Men’s Soccer Coach to help coordinate, recruit, plan, organize and coach its NAIA soccer program. The assistant coach will provide each student athlete with a positive, meaningful and educational experience through athletics. This position is also expected to execute other program-related duties as assigned by the head soccer coach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with at least one year of coaching experience and/or playing experience at the collegiate level (in lieu of collegiate-level coaching experience, a combination of four years of coaching and playing experience in soccer at a college, professional or national team level would be considered).
- Knowledge of NAIA rules of compliance
- Experience with recruiting, skill instruction (goal keepers), practice/game plan development and administrative responsibilities is preferred
- Experience in an NAIA program or higher and excellent organizational and communication skills are preferred.
