Description:
This is a full-time, live-in position reporting to the Vice President for Student Engagement. The Coordinator of Student Activities serves as an important contributor to the leadership in Student Life. Primary responsibilities involve oversight of all Student Activities functions including orientation for new students, homecoming, special events and theme weeks. The Coordinator will supervise Student Activities student coordinators, Resident Assistants, and student workers. As a Hall Director, rotating on-call duties are required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree. Additional opportunities/ responsibilities possible for interested Master’s degree candidates including oversight of leadership development. Significant experience and/or understanding of student activities preferred. In addition, candidates should have a demonstrated commitment to the liberal arts residential college.
Remuneration:
Competitive entry-level salary, apartment with cable TV, meal plan (when school is in session), health and dental, retirement and vacation.
