If literature is your love, then the English major at Dana is a great choice for you. You'll study major works and periods of English, American and World literature with a special semester devote entirely to William Shakespeare.

As an English major you are offered the choice of either emphasizing Creative Writing or Pre-Professional/Pre-Grad School. Your choice will fill out the remainder of English studies along with electives ranging from the literatures of Europe and Asia to the literature of film.
