You have many options within the English and Theater Department. You may choose a major in English and then add either the Creative Writing emphasis or the Pre-Professional and Pre-Grad School emphasis.

If you plan to pursue a career in law, you might choose an English major and the Pre-Law program.

If you would like to teach high school English and Theater courses, you may major in English for Secondary Teachers.

Dana also offers an English minor, a Creative Writing minor and a Theater minor for students who want extra training in the English language to complement their major.
