Dr. Sybille Bartels is associate dean for student success, professor of German and the director of International Studies and ESL. She has been a faculty member at Dana since 1984. She earned a bachelor of science degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 1971. She received a master of arts (1974) and a Ph.D. (1984) from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
