Merit-based aid includes college funds awarded to recognize a student’s
academic, athletic or fine arts ability. Full-time enrollment is
required for all institutional scholarships and grants. The college
reserves the right to limit the number and size of institutional
grants and scholarships. A student will never receive institutional
aid in excess of tuition. Failure to meet either eligibility or
renewal requirements of a scholarship, or failure to participate
in the scholarship area will result in the forfeiture of that award.
Dana College is not responsible for replacing forfeited institutional
grants or scholarships. Students receiving full-tuition scholarships
are not eligible for additional Dana College scholarships and grants.
Federal financial aid will be awarded if the student is otherwise
eligible.
