Hill to Join Viking Football, Track

Blair, Nebraska ~ The Dana College Football team announced LaThasseus “TJ” Hill has signed a national letter of intent to play for the Vikings in 2008.  Hill is a wide receiver and jumper at Killeen High School. 

He is the son of Lynn and Jenise Hill.  He plans to major in Biology during his career at Dana College.

“TJ should be a great addition to our program next year,” commented Head Coach Bill Danenhauer.  “We are very excited that TJ has chosen Dana College to continue his academic and athletic career.”

“TJ will be a definite impact for our jumpers and will be an asset to our sprinting corps as well,” added Head Track Coach Allen Friesen.

The Vikings finished the 2008 season with a record of 4-7.  Dana College is a private, Lutheran college located in Blair, Nebraska.  They participate in the Great Plaines Athletic Conference and a member of the NAIA.  Dana College is a place where all students actively participate.
