Coach McElmuray comes to Dana College with six years of college coaching experience. Most recently he served as offensive line coach and defensive coordinator at Forest City High School, in Forest City, Iowa.  The two years prior he served under National Junior College Hall of Fame Coach Dave Bolstorff at Waldorf College.  He was offensive line coach, offensive coordinator as well as Strength and Conditioning coordinator for the football program. Coach McElmuray earned his masters from the University of South Dakota, and his bachelors from Simpson College.  He lives in Blair with his wife, Laura and their newborn son Grant.
