Dana College receives more than $100,000 each year in matching gifts. The number of employers who match gifts by their employees grows every year. Some companies match on a dollar for dollar basis, while other companies match 2 for 1 or even  3 to 1.

Another way to have your gift to Dana College matched is through Thrivent Financial for Lutheran's GivingPlus Program.

Giving Plus Program

Make an annual gift to Dana College and, as a member of Thrivent, you'll have the opportunity to increase your donation by 50 percent. Minimum gift for full member matching is $50; the maximum is $400. Associate member gifts will be matched 50 cents on the dollar from $50 to $100.

Who may participate?

Members of Thrivent must be age 16 or older and demonstrate a Lutheran connection. This includes not only members of Lutheran congregations, but also alumni and current students of Lutheran colleges or universities, parents of students of Lutheran educational institutions, employees of Lutheran organizations, and residents of Lutheran care centers.

Obtain a copy of the Thrivent GivingPlus form by contacting the Dana College Advancement Office or your Thrivent representative.
