Why did you choose to come to Dana?
I chose to come to Dana because I liked the size of the school. I liked the student-to-teacher
ratio. I also really enjoyed the language department and the music department.
What
do you hope your life will be like in 10 years?
In 10 years, I hope to have started my career as a public relations officer
and/or a PR rep for a travel corporation, possibly working with German. And
I hope to
be happily married and possibly starting a family.
What has been your favorite
class?
My favorite class, thus far, would have to be my German class. This is my
favorite class because Sybille Bartels makes it fun. She makes it easy to
learn and
she makes the learning process fun.
What's the best, coolest or most fun thing
you've done since coming to Dana?
The best thing I have done since I've been at Dana is auditioning for and
making the Dana College Chorale. I happened to join the Chorale during
a tour year,
which meant I traveled to Germany and Denmark with the Chorale during the
summer of 2003.
What will you remember most about your time at Dana?
I believe that I will remember the faculty and friends I
have made thus far and will make in the coming years. The
faculty, especially Sybille
Bartels,
treat
you like family. They worry and care about you, and the students are
always welcoming to everyone. My friends that I have made
thus far have been awesome
and I can't
wait to meet more.
What's the best thing about living on campus?
The best thing about living on campus would have to be that
you are always around people at all times. You can walk
out of your door to the lobby
of your residence
hall and meet just about anybody, because the residence halls always
have active life…even at 1 or 2 in the morning!
What do you and
your friends enjoy doing?
My friends and I enjoy getting together and dancing and hanging out.
We also love to get together and sing karaoke. |
