Four Vikings scored double digits as the Dana men’s basketball team defeated Peru State, 82-58 Thursday night in Blair.

Jason Isaacson (Council Bluffs, Iowa) and Ted Cox (Hawley, Minn.) each scored 14 points. Mark Esser (Woodbine, Iowa) scored 12 points. Sophomore Trent Mumma (Bennington, Neb.) scored 10.

Esser led Dana’s rebounding with nine. In all the Vikings out rebounded the Panthers 45-37.

The Vikings also forced 23 Panther turnovers which included Dana’s 14 steals. Isaacson and Zeb Christensen each had three steals in the game.

Dana now 2-0 on the week will try for their third GPAC win Saturday. Dana faces Mount Marty College in Yankton, S.D. at 4 p.m.
