Summer camps will improve
young players' skills
Dana College will host two football camps in June
for middle and high school players wishing to improve their fundamental
skills.
On June 6 and 7, Dana football will conduct a offensive
lineman/defensive lineman camp for students in ninth through 12th
grades. This helmet and shoulder pads
camp will emphasize basic lineman skills. The fee is $70 per player, with a discount
available for groups of more than 10 players.
On June 8, a position skills camp
will be held for quarterbacks, runningbacks, wide receivers, tight
ends, linebackers and defensive backs in sixth through 12th grades.
This non-padded camp will provide one-on-one attention to improve
individual
players’ fundamental
skills. The fee for this camp is $35, with a discount available for groups of
more than 10 players.
