BLOCKBUSTER DANISH AUTHOR VISITS

Best-selling Danish author Peter H. Fogtdal gave a presentation on his novel “The Dreamer from Palestine,” on March 31 at Dana.

Fogtdal, a former television writer, is the author of many Danish books, but is best known for “The Dreamer from Palestine,” which is set during the rescue of Danish Jews in World War II. The book was a smash hit in Denmark in 1998–99, went through several editions and earned Fogtdal his first recognition as a “serious novelist.”
