Coach Roff’s Corner
“I was very pleased with how our team played on
Wednesday,” commented Coach Marcy Roff. “I thought the girls had a lot
of fight and heart in them, and we seemed much more relaxed. We did not
come away with two wins, but we certainly did everything in our power to
make that attempt. Doane is a good team, and we have to tip our hats to
them because they simply beat us the second game. Great things are to
come out of this team!”
The Vikings currently sit in sixth place in the
GPAC standings with a 7-5 record. Dana is 12-11 overall this season.
The games against Dakota Wesleyan on April 12th have been postponed due
to snow in Mitchell, South Dakota. The makeup date will be Sunday,
April 27 at 1 p.m. in Mitchell.
