Maintenance
Students in need of repairs in their rooms should first contact their RA. The RA will submit a Maintenance Request Form for you. In the case of a real emergency the RA will call Maintenance. If the repair work has not been completed within a week you should notify your RA again or contact your Area Hall Director/Assistant Hall Director for assistance. Students should not contact Maintenance directly unless instructed to do so.

Security
Campus Security has an officer on duty from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 a.m. each weekday with 24-hour coverage on weekends and holidays (when the college is closed). The officers are on campus primarily to secure the college's buildings and grounds and help enforce campus regulations, as well as state and federal laws. Security Officers patrol the entire campus throughout each evening and carry cellular telephones. Security can be reached by calling 533-3343. The Campus Security Office is located in Argo Hall.

In the interest of protecting Dana students, Campus Security personnel may request that individuals show identification. Under certain circumstances individuals without a proper Dana ID may be asked to leave the campus. Students providing false ID information will be subject to serious disciplinary action.

Students and their guests are expected to cooperate fully with Campus Security personnel and comply with any requests or directives from a Security Officer. All incidents of theft, vandalism, etc., should be reported to Campus Security.
