Tuition & Fees:
$240 per credit hour
$25 general fee (non-refundable)
Payable to the Business Office on or before the first day of class.

Registration:
Current Dana College students may register themselves on any campus computer or contact the Registrar's Office at 402-426-7209. Part-time or non-degree-seeking students may register online at www.dana.edu/nondegree or call the Registrar's Office (402-426-7209). Dana College reserves the right to cancel classes due to low enrollment.

Textbooks:
Textbooks for all summer courses are available at the Dana College Bookstore.

Withdrawals and Refunds:
Notice of withdrawal must be made in writing to the Business Office. The refund schedule is computed as follows: 100 percent tuition refund for withdrawal before the first day of class for each session; 75 percent tuition refund for withdrawal on or before the third day of class for each session; after the third day of class, no refund is granted. The $25 general fee is not refundable.

Financial Aid:
Students enrolled in at least 6 credits (throughout all three sessions) may be eligible to receive federal financial aid. (Because the summer tuition is already discounted, Dana College scholarships and grants are not available.) Summer Financial Aid Applications must be received by May 1. Contact the Financial Aid Office (426-7226) for more details.

Room & Board:

On-campus housing is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited food service may be available during posted hours, on a cash-per-meal basis. Students may also prepare their own meals in the residence hall kitchen. Contact the Student Life Office (426-7250) for more information.

Online Courses:
All online courses offered this summer will utilize Moodle as the course delivery tool. All students will be given a Dana e-mail account which you will use to log into Moodle and access your online course. You must log in prior to the start of your online course. Your instructor will be in contact with you at that time. Please familiarize yourself with the information contained in the handbook, Moodle Guide for Students. Contact your instructor with any questions.

Directed/Independent Study Courses:
All Directed and Independent Study courses are subject to permission by the instructor and Dean of the College. Application materials are available in the Registrar’s Office.

Internships:
Internships are student arranged, with assistance and suggestions from the faculty advisor, faculty internship sponsor, department chair, and the Director of Career Services. Interested students should pick up a registration form from Career Services, where the rest of the process will be explained. Students are responsible for completing the paperwork and procedures by these deadlines: April 20—Application complete; May 3—Internship arranged; May 10—Goals and objectives approved; May 17—Last day to register for internship.
