Hanson SIGNS WITH dana college

Blair, Nebraska ~ The Dana College Cross Country and Track teams announced the signing of Christina Hanson of Spirit Lake, Iowa to a national letter of intent.  Hanson ran cross country and track at Spirit Lake High School.  She plans to major in Chemistry while at Dana College.

“Christina is a great runner and has tremendous work ethic,” remarks Coach Marc Bierbaum.  “Christina has tremendous work ethic that is going to help her make an impact in cross country and the longer distances on the track.”  

Marc Bierbaum is in his first year as the Head Coach of the Dana College Cross Country and Women’s Track program.

Dana College is a private, Lutheran college located in Blair, Nebraska.  The Vikings participate in the Great Plains Athletic Conference and are members of the NAIA.  Dana College is a place where all students actively participate.
