Vikings Prepare for GPAC Basketball Tournament

The Dana College men’s and women’s basketball teams received word Sunday afternoon of their GPAC tournament games for the week.

The women’s basketball team received the eleventh seed and will travel to Mitchell, South Dakota to play sixth seeded Dakota Wesleyan.  The game will be played at the historic Corn Palace in Mitchell with tip-off scheduled foe 8:00pm.  The winner of this game will then travel to third seeded Hastings College on Thursday.

The men’s basketball team received the ninth seed and will travel to Crete, Nebraska to play eighth seed Doane.  The two teams have split both games they played this season.  Game time in Crete is set for 8:00pm.  The winner will travel to take on top seed Morningside College on Thursday.
